The 16 stars around the circle have a significant meaning which appears when there is an important message or lesson for you to learn; it also is an indication of a fresh start or new beginnings.

The PRINCIPLES s of Hip-Hop are PEACE, UNITY, LOVE, EDUCATION & FUN.
